Judge orders evidence preserved in botched Tennessee execution

A Tennessee judge ordered the state to preserve all evidence from Christa Pike's failed execution. Pike, 50, received two pentobarbital doses but the procedure failed. Hospitalized and near brain-dead, she unexpectedly regained consciousness. She now has pneumonia, blood clots, and arm immobility. Gov. Bill Lee halted all executions pending a third-party review.
