Hombale Films, makers of 'Kantara 2' released an official statement clarifying that news of junior artist MF Kapil's death on set is false. "No filming was scheduled on that day, the unfortunate event would've occurred during his personal engagement outside scope of any film related activity," statement read. Makers requested public to refrain from "drawing unverified associations with the film".
