The jury selection in the fraud trial of Nikola Founder Trevor Milton has started. District Judge Edgardo Ramos told an initial group of around 80 potential jurors that they should be prepared to sit for five weeks if selected. The panel will include 12 jurors and four alternates. Milton is facing a trial over lying to investors about Nikola's technology.
