The Ministry of Law and Justice has officially announced the appointment of Justice Pratinidhi Srinivasacharya Dinesh Kumar as the Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court.This appointment is made under the authority vested by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, with Justice Dinesh Kumar set to assume office as Chief Justice upon assuming charge.
