American singer-songwriter Justin Timberlake has issued a public apology to his former girlfriend and pop star Britney Spears, and Janet Jackson, his co-performer at the wardrobe malfunction-plagued 2004 Super Bowl half-time show. This comes after his behaviour came under criticism following the release of documentary of Britney Spears. "I know I failed," he wrote in his apology.
