Shortage of jute bags used for crop packing and storage may restrict the government's kharif crop procurement, reported Financial Express. Low yield is reported to be due to cyclone Amphan in West Bengal and floods in Assam. Former Indian Jute Mills Association Chairman Sanjay Kajaria said only 13 lakh of the government's 23 lakh bags order will be fulfilled.
