Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) incoming CEO K Krithivasan will take over the role on June 1, over three months earlier than planned. Outgoing CEO Rajesh Gopinathan will continue to remain with the company till September 15 to help with the transition. Krithivasan, President and Global Head of the BFSI vertical, was appointed as CEO-designate after Gopinathan resigned on March 16.
