Three IPS officers suspended following the 4 June stampede outside Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium have been assigned key posts in the state capital after being reinstated by the Karnataka government. Vikash Kumar Vikash, whose suspension was revoked separately, has been made IGP, Internal Security Division.
