K'taka Ganeshotsav committee builds home for woman living in hut

The Sarvajanik Shree Ganeshotsav Committee in Karnataka built a home for a woman who had been living in a fragile hut, to mark their 50th Ganeshotsav. The home was built at a cost of about ₹10 lakh, and has a dining area, bedroom and kitchen along with proper electricity and water. Local people and businesses also donated for the project.
