Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA), in a petition filed in Karnataka HC against FIR in stampede incident, said it was state government's call to celebrate RCB's IPL win in Bengaluru. "Gate and crowd management wasn't KSCA's responsibility...It was of RCB, organiser and police," the petition said. It added that the stampede "cannot be traced to any [KSCA] actions even remotely".
