K'taka IT minister explains how US' Green Card curbs on tech firms could help India

Karnataka IT Minister Priyank Kharge said the suspension of eight tech firms from PERM Green Card process in US could push "more high-value work" to India, as moving Indian engineers to US would become difficult. Domestic demand for senior technology talent could increase, he said. Kharge added that global capability centres, R&D and product development in India could be accelerated.
