A 47-year-old Karnataka man, Shrinivas Luis, who was arrested for sending over 1,100 hoax bomb threats, primarily targeted courts, as he once pursued law and grew a resentment towards the judicial system, police said. He sent seven threats to Supreme Court and 50 to Delhi High Court. He also targeted high courts in Mumbai, Karnataka, Gujarat, and even some abroad.
