Jayanagar traders have urged the Karnataka government to revive the long-pending ₹25 crore Smart Shopping Hub project as the Greater Bengaluru Authority continues its footpath clearance drive. They say the project will provide modern infrastructure, organised vending spaces and better facilities while helping reduce encroachments and strengthen one of Bengaluru's busiest retail markets.
