Scientific adviser to former President APJ Abdul Kalam on Sunday floated a political outfit "Abdul Kalam Vision India Party". V Ponraj said his party will contest all 234 constituencies in the forthcoming assembly election in Tamil Nadu. The party was formed to fulfill the dreams of the youth expecting a "silent revolution and change in Indian politics", he added.
