Indian-origin astronaut Kalpana Chawla's death incident played inside the minds of NASA scientists as they made the decision to keep astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore in space for eight months, reports stated. "We've had mistakes done in the past," NASA's Bill Nelson said. Chawla was among seven astronauts who lost their lives minutes before landing on Earth in 2003.
