The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has filed an affidavit in the Bombay High Court opposing actress Kangana Ranaut's plea challenging the partial demolition of her office and seeking ₹2 crore in damages. In its affidavit, the BMC alleged, "The plaintiff approached the court with unclean hands." Kangana has "suppressed true facts and isn't liable for any relief", the affidavit read.
