Congress shared a video claiming to show BJP MP Kangana Ranaut, one of the party's star campaigners, asking, "Who is he?" for a man she was campaigning for in Maharashtra. The video purportedly shows Kangana asking the question while standing next to the BJP candidate after having a conversation with him. "I'm the MLA," the candidate replied to Kangana's question.
