Actress Kangana Ranaut's 'Emergency' will now release on January 17, 2025. The film, which was originally scheduled to release on September 6, created controversy over the portrayal of the Sikh community in the film. Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), which refused to give the film censor certificate, had asked the makers to implement 13 cuts.
