Kanye West's former employee Trevor Phillips has sued him claiming discrimination, a hostile work environment and unsafe working conditions, among other allegations. He claims to have been subjected to "harassment and retaliation" when he worked at Yeezy company. Phillips also claimed that West threatened to shave the heads of Donda Academy students and also suggested erecting cages at the school.
