The Kapoor family is in talks with Godrej Properties to sell RK Studio, located in Mumbai's Chembur, for around ₹200 crore, according to reports. The iconic studio, built by late Raj Kapoor about 70 years ago, was severely damaged from a fire a year ago. Actor Rishi Kapoor earlier said it was no longer economically viable to rebuild the studio.
