Kargil war veteran, who served 30 yrs in Army, declared 'foreigner'

Retired honorary Lieutenant Mohammed Sanaullah, who served the Indian Army for 30 years and also fought in the Kargil war two decades ago, has been declared a 'foreigner' by the Boko Foreigners' Tribunal in Assam. The 52-year-old's family approached the Gauhati High Court on Wednesday after he was sent to a detention centre for illegal immigrants by the tribunal.
