Karnataka CID on Monday filed a chargesheet against 18 accused in the murder case of realtor and rowdy sheeter VG Shivaprakash alias Bikla Shiva on July 15, 2025. The voluminous 4,236-page chargesheet however did not name a fifth accused who had reportedly approached the Karnataka HC applying for anticipatory bail.
