Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's aide and Congress leader Mari Gowda is absconding after he allegedly abused and threatened Mysuru's Deputy Commissioner C Shikha for not following his instructions. This comes after the lady IAS officer had filed a police complaint against Gowda. Meanwhile, CM Siddaramaiah has distanced himself from the issue saying that "the law will take its own course".
