Karnataka farmer dies by suicide over marriage distress

A 39-year-old farmer from Lakamapura village in Karnataka's Koppal died by suicide after consuming poison. His family told police that he was distressed over the delay in finding a bride and had repeatedly spoken to relatives about his concerns. His uncle filed a complaint at Kukanoor police station, following which police registered a case and began an investigation.
