The Karnataka government has sanctioned a significant salary raise for its employees in accordance with the 7th Pay Commission's guidelines. The decision was finalized during a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday. Effective from August 1, employees will experience a 27.5% increase in their salaries, aimed at bolstering their financial stability.
