Karnataka govt approves KR Puram to Hoskote metro extension

The Karnataka government has approved the metro extension from KR Puram to Hoskote, with a Delhi-based firm conducting a feasibility study. MLA Sharath Bachegowda, who promised the project during his election campaign, has been instrumental in pushing it forward. The 16.3 km line with 11 proposed stations will ease commuting for thousands of daily travellers in Hoskote and neighbouring areas.
