Karnataka government has directed Bangalore International Airport Limited to revise its new parking and pickup rules at Kempegowda International Airport within a week after passenger complaints. The policy forced travellers to walk nearly 800 metres with luggage to reach taxis. After Chief Secretary's site visit, BIAL agreed to allow arrivals pickups, permit parking at P4 and consult stakeholders.
