Karnataka's Transport Minister Byrathi Suresh said the state's electric bus fleet expansion will be halted after two Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation electric buses collided on Saturday, leaving 18 people injured. He added that a review on performance of electric buses has been ordered. Suresh further said the state government would bear medical expenses of the injured people.
