The Karnataka High Court questioned the legality of Nikhil Sosale’s arrest during a hearing on his relief plea. Sosale, Marketing and Revenue Head of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), was detained by the Central Crime Branch in the early hours of June 6 following a stampede outside M Chinnaswamy Stadium on June 4 during an RCB felicitation event.
