Karnataka Police are expanding the ITMS to district headquarters, introducing AI-powered cameras to automatically detect traffic violations. The system will capture offences such as riding without helmets, not wearing seatbelts and using mobile phones while driving. Officials say the move aims to reduce road accidents and improve compliance with traffic rules across the state.
