Karnataka to offer free art classes to rural children

Karnataka will introduce free modern art classes at Gram Panchayat libraries and Arivu Kendras to encourage creativity among rural children. The Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department has partnered with NGMA Bengaluru for the initiative. NGMA will design the learning model and train local staff, while the India Foundation for the Arts will develop the curriculum.
