Karnataka recorded 4,884 complaints against National Highway toll plaza staff over three years for alleged misbehaviour, delays and assault. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said 4,879 cases have been resolved, with only five pending. NHAI has taken action against agencies violating rules, while commuters can file complaints through the 1033 helpline and the Rajmarg Yatra app.
