Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has rented out a 1,912 square feet apartment for ₹4.5 lakh per month in Mumbai. The actor originally bought and registered the apartment for ₹17.5 crore jointly with his mother Mala Tiwari. The flat is located in Siddhi Vinayak building in Juhu area.
