Senior National Conference leader Dr. Mustafa Kamal on Sunday reportedly said the Centre should relook its Kashmir policy and revoke the Armed Forces Special Powers Act. He said, "India should...start negotiations with Pakistan," as it "can never end militancy in Kashmir". Kamal added that Jammu and Kashmir is destined to be independent as "neither India nor Pakistan loves us".
