A new letter threatening Kashmiri Pandits in Jammu and Kashmir surfaced on Sunday nearly two weeks after an earlier letter emerged online. The letter names several individuals from the community and mentions their details, including their house numbers and street names, describing them as "white-collar terrorists", The Indian Express reported. Kashmiri Pandits were asked to work from home earlier.
