American singer Katy Perry has listed her 1954 Hollywood Hills mansion on sale for $9.5 million (over ₹62 crore). The mansion comprises a Mediterranean-styled home, a guesthouse, a fitness centre and a security building. The mansion is surrounded by two acres of land, and also houses a swimming pool, an outdoor grill and a fountain.
