Kejriwal, Sisodia move Delhi HC to dismiss CBI appeal in excise policy case

Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy CM Manish Sisodia have moved the Delhi HC seeking the dismissal of the CBI's appeal challenging their discharge in the excise policy case. In their applications the AAP leaders allege that the CBI filled the appeal with "unprecedented haste". A trial court discharged Kejriwal, Sisodia, and 21 others on February 27.
