Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal keeps his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann by his side while travelling so that he could fly in Mann's state aircraft, whose expenses are paid using money of the taxpayers of Punjab. She further said that the AAP chief uses welfare schemes money on building "Sheesh Mahal" for himself.
