AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal, while arguing for Delhi High Court judge Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma's recusal in the liquor policy case, listed ten grounds. He alleged the court accepted ED and CBI arguments unquestioningly, rushed the hearings, and denied the defence adequate time. He said that it seemed he had already been declared "guilty and corrupt" in earlier proceedings.
