AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday marched to PM Narendra Modi's home to protest against the rollout of E20 fuel. Kejriwal said he wishes to hand over more than 2.3 lakh petitions against the E20 rollout to the PM. Kejriwal was stopped by Delhi Police, who said public gatherings were banned in the area as Section 163 was in place.
