Keltech Energies informed exchanges that Hon’ble CESTAT allowed its appeal and set aside the earlier customs penalty order related to Ammonium Nitrate imports. The company stated that no further liability will arise from the matter. The earlier penalty imposed by customs authorities stood at ₹13.75 crore.
