A Kenyan court has ruled that forced anal exams used to determine whether two men had sex is illegal. The ruling came in a case filed after two men were arrested in 2015 on suspicion of being gay and underwent forced anal exams. Homosexuality is illegal in Kenya and gay sex is punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
