A cafeteria, which serves food prepared by the inmates of Poojappura Central Prison, has been opened in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Food For Freedom Cafe emulates Tihar Food Court in New Delhi and is part of a rehabilitation programme for inmates. The cafeteria will serve numerous dishes including biryani and idly and will be open between 6 am and 9 pm.
