Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday announced ex-gratia compensation of ₹4 lakh for the families of those killed in the floods. The CM visited several cities to take stock of the situation. The death toll from the floods has risen to 95, while 34 people have sustained injuries and 59 others remain missing.
