Kerala-based U-Sphere, the EPC arm of ULCCS, is expanding beyond the state into commercial real estate, warehouses and data centres. It has projects in Bengaluru and Hyderabad and is targeting a ₹500 crore order book in FY27. Its challenge will be winning private-sector contracts and sustaining cash flows against larger national rivals.
