Kerala Finance Minister tests COVID-19 +ve, asks staff to quarantine
Kerala Finance Minister Thomas Isaac on Sunday tested positive for the novel coronavirus, his office has announced. The 67-year-old minister has also asked his personal staff to go into self-quarantine. This is the first time that a minister from the Kerala government has tested positive for COVID-19.
