After Centre wrote to Kerala objecting against the state relaxing lockdown rules including opening restaurants and bus travel amid lockdown, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan said, "There has been no confrontation between state govt and Centre. Kerala is following directions issued by Centre." He added, "Barber shops will not be opened and restaurants will only provide online delivery."
