Kerala High Court asked Centre to take appropriate action if needed against a US company for conducting a survey "with suspicious questions". The court was hearing a plea to quash criminal proceedings against an Indian company for conducting the survey in Kerala in 2010 for the US firm, which as per police was aimed at "injuring emotional feelings of Muslims".
