Kerala HC questions govt on CMRL bribery case enquiry

Kerala High Court questioned the state government on why it ordered a preliminary enquiry instead of an FIR based on ED's report in the CMRL bribery case against ex-CM Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T, and son-in-law Riyas. VACB had registered two FIRs on Monday. ED alleged ₹2.78 crore fraudulent payments to Veena's firm.
