Kerala High Court has scrapped the wedding of a Muslim man to a Hindu woman and labelled it as a case of 'love jihad', a term used to describe the alleged Islamist practice to convert Hindu women. The man has now moved the Supreme Court, terming the HC's order as "an insult to the independence of women in India".
